Refund policy

Because we sell food and consumable products, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read this policy carefully.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, expired, or you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps).

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they were defective on arrival. Products returned without their original packaging or seal are not eligible.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos or a video.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
